The Project Manager Assistant will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects within the given timelines and scope. The Project Manager Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and supporting the project team in executing project tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and timelines
Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project’s documents, status reports, and project schedules
Work with team members to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and ensure best practices are followed
Requirements:
Commit to full-time weekdays or predetermined flexible hours (at least 40 hours/week).
Demonstrate strong English skills; relevant certificates is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related) or relevant prior experience preferred.
Have understanding of or interest in fintech and blockchain concepts.
Excel in organization with acute attention to detail.
Communicate excellently in writing and speech.
Solve problems adeptly with creative thinking.
Adapt to varying workloads based on project needs.
