General Objectives
The general objective of the Bachelor’s program in Accounting, with a specialization in Accounting – Auditing, is to equip graduating students with the knowledge, skills, self-reliance, and responsibility to meet the job requirements in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and finance.
Specific Objectives
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Accounting – Auditing specialization standards:
(PO1) Capability to assume positions such as financial accountant, management accountant, tax accountant, general accountant, auditor, budget and analysis coordinator, audit assistant, accounting consultant, tax consultant, financial consultant, etc., in domestic enterprises, organizations, and foreign-invested enterprises;
(PO2) Basic knowledge in social sciences, economics, politics, law, business, and management; Solid practical knowledge, deep theoretical knowledge, broad expertise, and professional skills in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and finance, following the regulations and standards of Vietnam, with a fundamental understanding of international accounting standards;
(PO3) Physical health, political integrity, professional ethics, creative thinking, a sense of responsibility, and professionalism in the profession;
(PO4) Proficiency in a foreign language and knowledge of information technology to meet the job requirements in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and finance;
(PO5) Lifelong learning and research abilities. Ability to continuously update knowledge, regulations, and new standards in the fields of accounting and auditing.
