The international financial reporting standards, IFRS, are a global benchmark applied in over 140 countries and territories, enhancing transparency and reliability in corporate financial reporting while facilitating global comparisons. In Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance has established a roadmap for the adoption of IFRS, with the period from 2022 to the end of 2025 designated as the voluntary adoption phase, followed by mandatory adoption post-2025.
To gain a deeper understanding of this IFRS adoption roadmap in Vietnam and its significance in capital mobilization, as well as the implications for students in this context, the Accounting and Auditing Department, in collaboration with Ernst & Young Vietnam Ltd., is organizing a seminar on this very topic.
