Following the success of the ACCA Future Scholarship program 2020 (ACCA Futurist Scholarship), on May 11, 2022, ACCA Futurist 2021 continued to be implemented at Novotel Saigon Center Hotel with the participation of the British Consulate General, has awarded 50 scholarships to support and encourage the young Vietnamese generation to have access to International Diplomas, opening up career opportunities in the future as well as contributing to the supply of human resources according to the needs of businesses, especially in the face of changes and impacts of the business environment such as the Covid19 pandemic.
Accompanying the training and development of human resources for the field of finance and accounting, ACCA Futurist Scholarship program of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in Vietnam officially launched from October 2020 to build human resources that are highly adaptable to change and fluctuations during the current Covid-19 time. ACCA Futurist 2022 supports and awards scholarship opportunities suitable to the learning ladders of the young Vietnamese generation, including: ACCA Scholarship & FIA Scholarship – Accounting Foundation.

For this year’s ACCA Scholarship Ceremony, the program awards full and partial scholarships to students, from year 1 to year 4, who are majoring in Economics – Business, Accounting – Auditing, Finance – Banking at Universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi have the desire to pursue accounting and finance majors according to the ACCA diploma route of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), specifically: 22 full scholarships, each worth GBP 1,191 (36,000,000 VND) and 19 partial scholarships worth GBP 327 (10,000,000 VND), including costs with ACCA, account creation fee, first year annual fee and fees Take the first exam of all 9 Basic Level subjects of the ACCA diploma AND the full tuition fee of 9 Basic level subjects at SAPP accredited training center recognized by ACCA. At the same time, you have the opportunity to directly enter the final Interview round of the Internship program at the companion enterprises in the scholarship program: KPMG, PwC, Techcombank, Unilever… after you have completed 9 ACCA subjects & can participate in skill training programs from partner enterprises & participating training centers.
On this occasion, the British Consulate General in Vietnam also awarded a scholarship for future financial leaders for the best essay to Bui Pham Minh Duy – a student at CS2 Foreign Trade University, expressing his aspiration becoming a senior staff member in the finance and accounting industry in the future, how to contribute to promoting the Vietnamese economy as well as the bilateral trade cooperation between Vietnam and the UK in that role. The scholarship covers the full cost of studying the first 9 subjects of ACCA, a certificate awarded by ACCA and the British Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and many other perks.
