The Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) is a professional organization that aims to raise awareness and contribute to promoting the application of good corporate governance standards and practices in Vietnam.

VIOD’s activities aim to professionalize the Board of Directors (BOD), promote high standards of business ethics and transparency, establish a network of independent BOD members, build to connect Connecting business leaders with stakeholders, and thereby helping companies maintain and improve investor confidence.
Currently, VIOD is recruiting 02 trainee positions (with allowance support) aimed at students in 2-3 years, requiring agility, fluent English.
