\ud83d\udcca In the context of the current economic climate, the development of The 4.0 Industrial Revolution has opened up countless opportunities for Vietnam\u2019s accounting and auditing professions, but they have also posed numerous challenges. In addition, the labor market is constantly moving. In contrast to the past, present businesses are always attempting to implement innovative models that are more comprehensive, sustainable with a socially and environmentally friendly approach. The use of automatic robots, artificial intelligence, language processing, automated systems of data entry and data processing, etc. is gradually replacing traditional work in the accounting and auditing industry. Businesses in this field are facing intense competition as a result of the 4.0 technology revolution.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd47 The appearance of Generation Z, which has the highest level of global connectivity in human history, is expected to become the breakthrough generation in the Accounting and Auditing Industry.<\/p>\n

\u23f0 To meet the pressing need and future tendencies in the development of society, the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi <\/em><\/strong>collaborated with Smart Train Training Organization<\/em><\/strong>, the Vietnam Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)<\/em><\/strong>, and Big4 Auditing Company<\/em><\/strong> to hold the Workshop \u201cCAREER IN ACCOUNTING – AUDITING, WHAT DIRECTIONS FOR YOU?\u201d<\/strong> to address development trends by sub-sectors: Accounting – Auditing, opportunities and challenges, career development plan in the world; as well as the reality in Vietnam and challenges with the profession. The workshop was also designed to provide new students who were about to graduate with information on how to earn a practicing certificate as well as the qualifications, abilities and knowledge necessary for success in the accounting and auditing fields.<\/p>\n
