🔸 On February 19, 2025, students from the K63 ACCA had the opportunity to visit and gain real-world experience at the PwC Vietnam office in Hanoi. The program was organized to help students better understand the profession and the working environment at PwC.
🔸 PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) is one of the world’s leading accounting firms, known as the Big Four, specializing in audit, financial advisory, tax, and legal services. PwC Vietnam has been operating for over 25 years, supporting both domestic and international businesses with optimal financial solutions and contributing to the country’s economic development.
🔸 The event featured speakers from PwC Vietnam, including:
- Ms. Vũ Minh Châu – Senior Associate, Human Capital
- Ms. Hân Nguyễn – Senior Consultant, Tax & Advisory
- Ms. Cù Thị Minh Hằng – Senior Associate, Audit & Assurance
- Ms. Đào Linh Chi – Associate, Deal Strategy
🔸 Representing Foreign Trade University, the event was attended by Dr. Lê Trà My, MSc. Nguyễn Quỳnh Trang, along with K63 students majoring in Accounting – Auditing with an ACCA career orientation.
🔸 During the program, the speakers shared valuable insights on career opportunities, recruitment activities, and key factors that help candidates stand out in the hiring process. For Tax and Assurance services, PwC Vietnam opens internship applications in July and hires Associates in April each year. Meanwhile, recruitment for Deals and Consultingservices is conducted year-round, depending on project needs.
🔸 Additionally, the speakers emphasized several advantages that can enhance candidates’ chances of being hired, such as high GPA, possession of international professional certifications, and proficiency in languages like English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. Moreover, PwC Vietnam offers the Fast Track program for outstanding candidates, shortening the recruitment process and providing students with early access to career opportunities.
