📍On the morning of March 9, 2025, as part of the mid-course civic engagement session, K61 students from the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the Big4 recruitment process from experienced professionals at EY Vietnam. This was a precious chance for students to gain a clearer understanding of their career path in the auditing field.
🎤 The event was honored to welcome two experienced speakers:

🔹 Ms. Lê Minh Châu – Talent Associate
💡 At the beginning of the session, the speakers provided useful information about the Big4 recruitment process. Students were encouraged to equip themselves early with specialized knowledge in subjects like F3, F7, and F8, while also honing their communication skills, critical thinking, confident interview presence, and English proficiency. Additionally, to build an impressive application, students should maintain a strong GPA and actively participate in extracurricular activities to gain practical experience.
💡 Following this, Mr. Hiểu shared insights into the essential requirements for becoming an audit intern at the Big4 in general and EY in particular. These include the ability to work under pressure, quick thinking, teamwork, multitasking skills, and a high level of commitment—key factors that help students establish a strong foundation in a professional working environment.
💡 Beyond the application process, the speakers also emphasized the immense value of an internship. From hands-on experience and in-depth professional knowledge to structured training programs and opportunities to participate in domestic and international business trips, all of these elements help students better prepare for their future careers.
💡 Lastly, students were guided on effective study and exam strategies for ACCA subjects, enabling them to build a solid knowledge foundation right from their university years.
