STES-ACCA Global Audit Simulation Program is the first and only program to train a fully realistic simulation audit program at Sunway TES Center for Accountancy Excellence (Sunway TES CAE) partners who are major auditing firms and multinationals such as PWC, EY, KPMG Deloitte and BDO.
First introduced in December 2015 and expanded to countries around the world in June 2019, the STES-ACCA Global Audit Simulation Program includes 3 parts: Audit training, Auditing practice Simulation audits and audit reviews are conducted annually in June and December.
Benefits from the program:
+ Students have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and practice auditing in the real environment of 5 leading auditing firms.
+ Students have the opportunity to practice and develop skills in work management, time, exchange, communication and leadership skills. These are the skills that need to be equipped when starting work as an auditor.
The certificate of participation in the program is recognized by 5 major auditing firms in Malaysia. This certificate will help increase the value of Student’s CV!
Time and manner of the program: The program is conducted completely remotely (online) from June 12 to 19, 2023 (from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily). Requirements:
+ You join the program in groups of 2-4 people, under the representation of the training unit (not participating individually).
+ Participants in the program must be studying or have completed Audit and Assurance.
+ Commitment fee to participate is paid by the training unit: MYR 900, non-refundable (page 7 of the Instruction Letter). In order to create opportunities for students to attend, and to increase the practicality of the program, the Faculty of Accounting – Auditing in collaboration with ACCA awarded scholarships worth the participation fee of MYR900.
