The FTU warriors at XUHO welcomed us with the “green flames” of patriotism and youthful enthusiasm.
Almost a week has passed since we started adapting to life in military uniforms. We’ve noticed how much stronger you’ve become, even though just days ago, you were celebrating Tet with your families. We saw the Foreign Trade University spirit alive, even in the harsh military environment:
It was in the hearty laughter of the students, mixed with the sun and wind, even though this has been one of the coldest military trainings ever. Surely, after this journey, you will all grow much more.
It was in the applause raised high when singing and dancing along to the anthem of Foreign Trade University students. Or in the powerful shouts you gave, standing confidently and loudly in front of your teachers.
All of this makes us believe that the FTUers, who were once just students, are now growing more and more mature. Once again, we wish the warriors at Xuan Hoa good health, strength, and the creation of beautiful, meaningful memories.
