In order to celebrate Vietnam Teachers’ Day on November 20, with the consent and approval of the policy of the Board of Directors. The Department of Information & Planning will host an online photo contest on the university’s official fanpage FTU Times from November 7 to November 18.
The details and rules of the contest are as follows:
- TIME, FORM OF ORGANIZATION:
- Time to receive entries: 7/11 until 24h on 11/18
- Form of organization: the contest is held online on the FTU Times fanpage
- OBJECT:
All students, alumni, collectives (clubs, branches …) at the headquarters in Hanoi and 2 campuses in Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh.
III. CONTEST RULES:
- Contest content:
– Each contestant sends to the BTC email 01 photo to ensure that the BTC’s request has content related to teachers, teacher and student love and Foreign Trade school.
– Attach a photo with 01 caption about the content of the photo (no more than 10 lines).
- How to join:
– Entries should be sent to BTC email: ttqhdn@ftu.edu.vn, CC: velvetnguyen2130@gmail.com including: photo + caption + participant information. Photo title and email set according to the syntax: Photo contest_Full name_Key.
Email content includes:
+ Full name of the candidate (if it is a group, write it as a group)
+ Administration class, Course, major, branch, Facility FTU is studying.
+ Contact number
+ Photo caption
– Each contestant can only submit 1 entry.
- Regulations on voting, scoring and awarding:
3.1. Time and method of voting:
3.1.1. Voting time: From the time the contestant’s photo is posted on FTU Times until 24h on November 18.
3.1.2. Voting steps:
B1: Like FTU Times fanpage
B2: Like the photo album “My teachers are like that”
B3: Comment tag 03 friends (not contestants) in the comment section under the contest photo
B4: Like/react and share the contest photo
3.1.3. Note: The contest entries that meet the requirements of the BTC will be posted on the FTU Times fanpage no later than 24 hours after the contest is sent to the BTC email.
3.2. Judging Criteria and Scoring:
Based on the score calculated by the votes of viewers on the fanpage.
1 like = 1 point, 1 share = 3 points.

4.1. Individual Prizes:
01 First Prize: 1,000,000 VND in cash, 3
FTU keychain, 1 shirt with FTU logo logo
01 second prize: 500,000 VND in cash, 2 FTU keychains, 1 shirt with FTU logo
01 Third prize: 300,000 VND in cash, 1 FTU faculty hook, 1 shirt with logo
4.2. Collective prize:
01 First Prize: 1,000,000 VND in cash, 3 FTU keychains, 1 shirt with FTU logo
