Participants
FTU students are studying at all 3 campuses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh (leader is FTU student, members can come from many different schools)
Competition field
Towards the goal of solving problems of the community and society, breakthrough solutions in the prevention of COVID-19 epidemic, contributing to promoting economic and social development. Areas of competition:
- Science and technology
- Industry, manufacturing products
- Agriculture, Forestry and fishery
- Education, medical
- Travel services
- Finance, banking
- Business creates social impact
- Other professions and other business fields
Regulations on entries
- Entries are presented in Vietnamese, typed on A4 size, font size 14, Times New Roman font, attached products:
- The project description is presented in the form at the link: shorturl.at/brtxV
- The group’s presentation is presented in a video clip of no more than 3 minutes (optional in singles).
- Sample products are enclosed with photos or video clips (if any).
Timeline of rounds
- Base exam (at FTU)
– Receive applications: from July 23, 2021 to August 15, 2021
– Application round and top 10 announcement: from August 16, 2021 to August 25, 2021
– Connecting start-up advisors: from August 26, 2021
– Pitching round and select the top 2 representing FTU to participate in the semi-finals: September 15, 2021
- Semi-finals (October 10, 2021 – October 30, 2021)
- Training round (November 5, 2021 – November 10, 2021)
- Voting round (November 21, 2021 – December 5, 2021)
- Final round (December 10-11, 2021)
Prize structure
In the grassroots circle at FTU, all participating projects receive a certificate plus 2 training points. Teams that advance to the next round will have the opportunity to receive attractive prizes from the Ministry of Education:
- 01 First Prize: Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training + VND 60 million in cash
- 02 Second prizes: Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training + 40 million VND in cash
- 03 Third prizes: Certificate of winning the third prize in the competition of the Ministry of Education and Training + 20 million VND in cash
- 04 Consolation prizes: Certificate of winning the Competition Consolation prize of the Ministry of Education and Training + 10 million VND in cash
